    Doxofylline 400 mcg + Acebrophylline 100mg Tablets

Acebrophylline + doxofylline is a type of medication known as a bronchodilator, which is primarily administered to treat and prevent asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) symptoms. Asthma is a long-standing (chronic) respiratory disorder where the airways constrict, swell, and increase mucus production, resulting in shortness of breath. COPD refers to a collection of lung ailments that include emphysema (shortness of breath) and chronic bronchitis (inflammation of the wall of bronchial tubes).

Acebrophylline + doxofylline is an interaction of two bronchodilator medications, i.e., Acebrophylline and Doxofylline. Acebrophylline + doxofylline relaxes muscles and dilates the airways of the lungs. It thus facilitates easier breathing by opening up the airways. Moreover, Acebrophylline is a mucolytic (cough/sputum thinner) agent and widens and loosens phlegm (mucus) in the lungs, windpipe, and nose.

    Benefits:

    • Acebrophylline + doxofylline is a muscle relaxer and bronchodilator, causing the airways of the lungs to dilate.
