Cinnarizine and Domperidone Tablets: Cinnarizine + Domperidone is an anti-histamine and anti-emetic combination of drugs mainly employed to treat Meniere's disease (disorder of the inner ear), which can result in vertigo (spinning sensation or dizziness), ringing in the ears, nausea (sickness), vomiting, and loss of hearing. Meniere's disease takes place when the inner ear is affected and brings about spells of vertigo (spinning). It also causes hearing impairment and a ringing sound in the ear.

Cinnarizine + Domperidone contains 'Cinnarizine' (anti-histamine) and 'Domperidone' (anti-emetic). Cinnarizine is an anti-histamine medication that inhibits the action of histamine (a chemical compound that is formed as a reaction to an allergy) in the brain to alleviate symptoms of travel sickness. It is a calcium channel blocker and enhances blood flow in the inner ear, thereby alleviating symptoms due to vertigo, tinnitus (ear ringing), and Meniere's disease. Domperidone is an antiemetic medication (relieves vomiting symptoms) and a dopamine (chemical messenger) antagonist.
