• It depends on how old the person is and how severe their dehydration is.
• Babies and kids need 1-2 liters (about 5-10 glasses) of water in a day.
• Adults should drink 2 to 4 liters (10 to 20 glasses) of water each day.

• Mix all the powder from the packet into 200 ml of water that has been boiled and cooled down.
• Use only in the suggested amount of water.
