Diclofenac Diethylamine, Methyl Salicylate, Menthol, and Absolute Alcohol Spray - Rafdonac DPS Spray is the combination of the Diclofenac Diethylamine, Methyl Salicylate, Menthol, and Absolute Alcohol that is used for pain relief. Diclofenac diethylamine and Methyl Salicylate are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). They help relieve pain and swelling by stopping the body from making certain chemicals called prostaglandins that cause these problems. Menthol makes blood vessels wider, which creates a feeling of coolness, and then it helps relieve pain. Menthol helps drugs get absorbed better when put on the skin, so they work more quickly. Alcohol can help relieve both physical and emotional pain.
